Extremely unprofessional. They give renters unsafe and defective cars and then act extremely nonchalant about handling the process. They're suddenly unreachable at such times. We once received a car with a leaking oil and a broken dashboard light. Then we received a car with a broken water pump and a leaking coolant reservoir, and again, the light didn't work. A truly terrible experience.
